What is modular construction?

Modular construction means high quality standards that are faithfully upheld on all modules that make up your project. Weather-protected factory manufacturing and the presence of quality controllers throughout the project ensure better quality control than conventional onsite construction.
Modular construction requires little time and less staff on site to assemble the modules, connect the electricity and plumbing, and do the exterior cladding.
Modular construction offers the same comfort and energy efficiency as a building constructed on site. Homes manufactured by RCM Group can be Novoclimat or Energy Star certified.
